Chabichou d'Antan is a traditional Poitou goat cheese with historic roots dating back to 1906. Made by a family-owned creamery working with local farmers within a 50 km radius, this cheese features the emblematic conical shape that is a classic of French cheese boards.
Delicate and lactic when young, it develops gentle caprine character and a denser, creamier centre as it matures. Balanced, refined, and distinctly regional, this cheese reflects sustainable, local production and regional craftsmanship. Excellent at different stages of ripeness.
