Smoked 5 Brother – Canadian Semi-Firm Cow's Milk Cheese
This is a handcrafted cheese that combines traits from Gouda and another Swiss variety called Appenzeller. After one year of aging it is naturally smoked with apple wood. It is creamy with sweeter overtones and has a rich smoky flavour throughout. All of the milk used comes from our family dairy farm.
Pairs well with:
Crusty bread, apples, pears, roasted nuts, honey, smoked meats, Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, Pilsner-style beers.
