Aged for approximately four months, this semi-firm cheese offers a smooth, supple texture and a gently nutty, buttery flavour with subtle herbal notes reflecting the pasture-fed milk of local sheep breeds.

Milder and more delicate at this younger age, Ossau-Iraty 4 months is beautifully balanced—approachable yet full of character—making it ideal for cheese boards, sandwiches, or light cooking.
