Naturally Applewood smoked at our own facility, we take our smooth and creamy Farmstead Mild and give it an enjoyable smoky flavour. It is quickly becoming a crowd favourite.
Made with fresh milk from the van Bergeijks' own dairy cows, this farmstead Gouda combines the rich, creamy character of their signature cheese with the distinctive aroma and taste of natural applewood smoke.
Pairs well with:
Crackers, crusty bread, apples, pears, charcuterie, grilled meats, sandwiches, burgers, Pinot Noir, amber ales, craft beer.
